We are recruiting Trainers for an international company engaged in the business process outsourcing sector. SUMMARY: The Trainer is responsible for the delivery of quality training programmes; and associated tasks relating to identification of training needs; updating of training material; administration of training and evaluation of participants. Works closely with other functions to identify training and development needs, suggest solutions and implement training programmes to promote achievement of business results.Main Duties: Facilitate training for new hires including assessments, and final certification.Prepare training reports upon conclusion of each training programme.To benchmark new hire performance during and post training and provide feedback to assist in future recruitment and selection processes.Work closely with Quality team to monitor and evaluate new hire performance, and suggest refresher training as applicable.Identify training needs for call center employees based on training needs assessments.Delivers training programs for employees being promoted to new position.Participates in client calibration sessions to ensure alignment of training to client needs.Remains informed on skills and competencies required by call center staff for effective performance.Maintains training records which include but not limited to training attendance and training assessment results.Suggests and implements training initiatives to address business growth training needs; and enhance performance.
