Position: Account Manager for a Global Telecom Company
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia   
Responsibility Description:
Manage projects within client relationship working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals, Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving the process, communicate and deal with customers, building and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customers, operate as a point of contact for the assigned customer.
Qualification and Experience

More than 3 years of work experience
Experience in Ethiotelecom is required
Management skills, Negotiation skills, strong communication skills.
Know-how about the telecommunication industry trend, know how to delegate, Defining and delivering business outcomes, Discover opportunities.
Time management, Understand the business processes, strong leadership, strategic thinking.

Language proficiency: Amharic, English, Chinese is a plus
