A Quality Control Manager monitors products and services development procedures to ensure that products and services meet quality and efficiency standards at Friendship Square, managed by MIDROC Ethiopia, Addis Ababa to customers. Responsible for devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for services or processes, and training staff to use them.  The Quality Control Manager understands the customer's needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the service teams.
