WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will be the key relationship manager for SAPHE towards the government and related entities, as well as provide subject matter expertise and knowledge of the Ethiopian context to the program. In this role, you will provide managerial, executional, reporting and technical assistance across program workstreams as needed.You will be in charge of overall operational responsibility for the project and report directly to the task team leaders. You will work directly with the team of senior advisors and implementation leads to ensure that they are progressing in their work according to their workplans and guide them as needed to perform their duties. Your responsibilities will also include performing any other activities needed to ensure the project is progressing in accordance with the overall implementation plan and that its objectives are achieved, including preparing progress reports and any work required to achieving the project KPIs.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHYou will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as part of Sustaining and Accelerating Primary Healthcare in Ethiopia (SAPHE).SAPHE provides technical assistance to the government of Ethiopia, specifically the Federal Ministry of Health (FMoH) and Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA). You will work closely with the engagement manager, the Health Systems Delivery Lead–Implementation (HSDLI), the task team leaders, senior advisors, implementation leads and other relevant project members in supporting the government in strengthening the health system across Ethiopia.The team leader (TL) role is designed for a period of five months (Feb - June 2021). Travel outside of Addis Ababa may be required during the course of services. Duration: SAPHE) (5-month period)
