We’re always looking for the next big talent.Duties and Responsibilities:Seeking a candidate with a passion for Customer Service and satisfaction.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.Someone who enjoys negotiating, influencing, and persuading perspectives clients.Someone who has an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Someone who can work with Ethio Technology General Managers to develop strategies to increase market share in their respective area of responsibility.Someone who can provide market intelligence of customer and competitor activities.Someone who can make sales calls to perspective new clients.Someone who can serve as mentor to junior level Technical Sales Representatives.Someone who can develop and maintain relationships with current customers and establish relationships with new customers.Candidates who can enhance company profitability by successfully selling products and services at specified discounts approved by your General Manager.Learn and report on customer’s activity plans as to generate additional business.Provide customer feedback on various aspects of our service quality and support.Perform duties in an Optimization role from time to time as necessary to support the customer and organization.Identify new market opportunities and effectively communicate same to General Manager.Build, maintain and increase technical sales volume with established accounts and aggressively seek new customers by formulating and following planned sales strategies and company marketing programs to ensure optimum profitable sales penetration in assigned territory.
