Mahibere Hiwot for Social Development (MSD) 
MahibereHiwot for Social Development (MSD), an Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization, was founded in 1999 by few volunteer youth who were concerned and hence aspired to contribute their part in the national effort to combat the spread of the HIV epidemic. Given its beginning, a major focus of MSD’s work has been in Health, Education, Livelihood, Migration, Child Trafficking and Environment. Duties and Responsibilities Targeted Community Based HIV Testing Service <ul><li>Provision of community based HIV testing services through mobile, index and home based testing approaches </li><li>Education on risk avoidance and reduction</li><li>Condom promotion and distribution</li><li>Targeted demand creation </li><li>Risk assessment </li></ul>Care and Support <ul><li>Symptomatic screening for TB, STI and major depression</li><li>Nutritional assessment and counseling behavioral interventions to reduce stigma </li><li>Promotion of  WASH and malaria prevention </li><li>Education on Family planning </li></ul>Care and Treatment  <ul><li>Support HIV positive clients for disclosure and increase ART literacy </li><li>Home visit to build treatment adherence  </li><li>Support tracking and reengagement of Lost to Follow up cases  </li><li>Identification and referral for major drug side effects </li></ul>Type: One year with possibility of extension with availability of fund Project: Community HIV Care and Treatment Project CEFsLocation and staff required:  Bahir Dar 5 CEFs, Gondar 5 CEFs, Debretabor 2 CEFs, Wereta 1 CEF, Addis Zemen 1 CEF, Debark 1 CEF, Dembia 1 CEF, Metema 2 CEF, Nefas Mewucha 1 CEF, and Mekaneyesus 1 CEFSupervisor: Nurse Supervisor/ Project Officer Project: Community HIV Care and Treatment
