Develop, implement, and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and associated training plans for Infrastructure administration and project management and ensure proper documentation of overall infrastructure including change management Develop business case proposals, specifications, Terms of References, evaluation criteria, acceptance test checklists and ensure its implementations Manage and ensure Infrastructure performance tests and reports (systems, network, security, disaster recovery, etc) are performed in a planned and regular manner with appropriate testing plans and approval Negotiate with Vendors and Service Providers to secure and ensure infrastructure-specific products and services delivery are as per ICT and industry standards. Plan and manage operational infrastructure related projects and activities build ICT team capacity, monitor and evaluation overall IT infrastructure, consolidate and maintain update IT inventory, conduct short and long term financial forecasts for expanded functionality at all levels (HO, RO, CP and APs).
