The officer will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by the organization. A Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all marketing activities and knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the organization add the highest value to its services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with AHF-Ethiopia Prevention Program Manager and the respective team to primarily coordinate the planning and implementation of AHF’s HIV service marketing strategiesSupporting the Prevention Program Manager in overseeing AHF Ethiopia’s marketing operationsOrganizing, performing and attending marketing activities or events to raise AHF Ethiopia and its services awarenessPlan advertising and promotional campaigns for AHF services on a variety of media optionsLiaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the organization’s presenceConsistently monitor and evaluate performance of suppliers all ventures through to completionPrepare appropriate contents for the publication of marketing materials in collaboration with the prevention and medical teamsContinuously oversee the design, production, delivery, and distribution of all marketing materials without any delay and wastageAssist the prevention department on market research to identify opportunities for promotion of AHF service facilities growthHelp the Prevention and Medical Team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of AHF servicesMonitor the progress and implementation of marketing strategies and make necessary amendments as deemed necessaryPrepare monthly regular reports and activity specific reports of all marketing activitiesCollaborate with the Country Management Team in preparing work-plan and budget
