The holder of this position will have the following major responsibilities.Job description for Senior Account of HOPE Enterprises include:Prepares the organizations financial statements and gets the accounts of Hope Enterprises audited on timeFacilitates the works of the internal and external auditors. Ensures that all transactions are processed according to established accounting routines and standards and instructions from the Director of Finance.  Ensures that the assets of the organization are accounted for.Coordinates all transactions and produces integrated quarterly and annual financial statements on time.Responds to financial queries from donors or government agencies or superiors and prepares financial reports as requested.  Manages the budgetary process of the development program and spearheads the preparation of proposed and amended budgets.  Makes sure that the accounts of the development program are audited and undertakes all improvements as per the advice of the auditors and the Director of finance.
