Addis Ababa, May 21, 2018 (FBC) – Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed travelled to Dembi Dolo and Gambella regional state at the weekend as part of his national tour.

In Dembi Dolo, Oromia regional state, he inaugurated the Dembi Dolo University and Dembi Dolo airport.
The university has gone operational this Ethiopian academic year by enrolling 1,500 students, while Dembi Dolo airport will start operation today.
He also held discussion with representatives of residents of Dembi Dolo and Qelem Wollega areas and its environs.

On the same day, the Premier also traveled to the Gambella regional state, where he received a warm welcome upon arrival at the city of Gambella, the capital of the regional state.

He held discussion with residents of the regional states as well as responded to questions raised by participants.
