Addis Chamber Training Institute is planning to conduct a training program entitled "Training and Human Resource Development" from May 15-19, 2017 from 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon at Mexico Square, Chamber Building.
Objective of the programme: - The general objective of this training is to develop and enhance the conceptual discussion, process and practical applications of human resource development in general programs of training participants.
Major topics to be covered:
- Introduction to Human Resource Development
- Framework for Human Resource Development
- Training and Development
- Career Management and Development
- Knowledge Management
- Organization Development and Change
Target groups: - Capacity Building Managers and Professional/Experts, HRD Professionals/Experts and other Professionals engaged in developing the capacity of their managers.
You are, therefore, cordially invited to attend this important training programme with confirmation letter from your respective organization. In view of the limited space available, the registration will be on first come, first served basis. The training fee is Birr 1,750 per person for members (A member company should have settled its membership fee at least for 2008 Ethiopian Fiscal Year in order to be eligible for the discount)and Birr 2,100 for non-members. Our Policy of fee payment upon registration will be strictly enforced to avoid interruption during the training week with reminders and invoices. Therefore, upon registering with Addis Chamber Training Institute, we kindly request you to effect payment of the training fee to our Finance Department at Mexico Square, Chamber Building Room # 9.
