FOND DU LAC - This month’s Breads of the World demonstration program at the Fond du Lac Public Library’s Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St., will bring Injera, a flatbread originating in Ethiopia, is typically made from teff flour and has a slightly spongy texture, to cheese country at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 20. The program is free to adults and teens age 13 and older, but space is strictly limited. Online-only registration is now open at fdlpl.org, Library staff member Varsha Pathare will demonstrate the steps to make injera from start to finish.
