FOND DU LAC - This month’s Breads of the World demonstration program at the Fond du Lac Public Library’s Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St., will bring Injera, a flatbread originating in Ethiopia, is typically made from teff flour and has a slightly spongy texture, to cheese country at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 20.
The program is free to adults and teens age 13 and older, but space is strictly limited. Online-only registration is now open at fdlpl.org,
Library staff member Varsha Pathare will demonstrate the steps to make injera from start to finish.
Breads of the World in the Idea Studio demonstration kitchen features a different country’s bread every third Tuesday of the month taught by professional and amateur cooks from around the area.
