ChildFund Ethiopia, an international non-profit organization working in different regions of Ethiopia for the well being of children, is seeking experienced candidates for the following positions in Oromia region.



Principal Duties:

Monitoring the distribution of CSB++ and the progress of SFP beneficiaries.
Responsible for the SFP auxiliary staff during distributions and collect weekly reports to submit to project coordinator.
Ensure observance and respect the dignity of beneficiaries, care takers, team members and members of partner organization at all time.
Ensure the food needed for the distribution was properly, safely stocked and enough comparing to the beneficiaries number at every site.
Provide distribution schedule and site selection.
Ensure the proper mixing recipes were take place and the exact amount of SFP ration received by care takers.
Ensure that the SFP team members are on time at working hours.
Ensure that the SFP team has adequate food items, field equipment, transport were available and if any damage takes place, promptly replace on time.
Report if any problems encountered in a timely fashion to the project coordinator.
Expected to participate in pre and post nutrition survey undertaken at the project implementation areas.
Conduct post distribution monitoring at home level to monitor if the TSF provided to beneficiaries is used properly
Plan IYCF demonstration sessions to be conducted at each kebeles of the woreda to create awareness of the community on how to prepare balanced diet from locally available foods and follow the implementation as per the schedule
