Overview
Dashen Bank is a private commercial bank established in September 1995 by visionary shareholders and seasoned bankers with Birr 14 million in initial capital injection. The Bank opened its doors for service on the 1st of January 1996 with eleven branches. Over the years, Dashen Bank has grown in leaps and bounds, and currently operates through a network of 300+ branches, 6 dedicated Forex Bureaus, 300+ ATMs, more than a thousand Point of Sale (PoS) terminals, and agents. Dashen Bank serves a customer base of over 1.5 million and manages assets worth Birr 28 billion.
