Human Resource and Admin Officer
LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem and Hawassa.
We are working on behalf of a well-known Eye clinic in Addis Ababa.
Job Purpose
Provide general day-to-day HR support across the assigned company in relation to all HR, Employee Salary and Benefits and other administrative issues.
Accountabilities
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with company pay structure
Managing and maintaining employee files and records
Managing and maintaining payroll files and documents properly
Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns regarding any compensation and benefits issues
Process payroll, pensions, staff entitlements and benefits
Prepare and submit Insurance reports timely
Calculate and record employees annual leave and other leave types in the database
Prepare and report Income Tax , Pension , Cost Sharing and other reports to the concerned government offices
Prepare and submit Insurance reports timely
Handle office administration issues
Perform other related duties as required
Key Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Human resources Management or other relevant majors and 2 years work experience
Competencies Required
Organized and efficient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Professional attitude and Confidentiality
Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
Excellent interpersonal skill
