BASIC FUNCTION/GENERALUnder the direct supervision of the Customer Service division head he/she Exhaustively follow up a transit to meet Lead time of the market service 7-8 days, from registered date up to Container release date,, exhaustively manages flow of import/export with customer. Keep record information on Pave database to substantiate his/her work & Identify Delayance problems and report to clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that necessary information is filled to system,Update information about, every status of each transaction by contacting branches, Drivers, & clients by using the communication channel of the company Email, Wechat, Phone. Database,Exhaustively follow up a transit to meet Lead time of the market service 7-8 days, from registered date up to Container release date,Follow loading status and compel drivers and other concerned stuffs to arrive with within 3 days at a maximum,Follow Document dispatch of branches /for transit purpose,Express Original Bill of loading to Djibouti before vessel arrives,Identify Delayance problems and report to & clients, notifies daily status of transit and email to clients,Receive export orders (SI) from client & make sure full document is collected timelyCollect seal & container from shipping companies,Follow and make sure the trucks arrival to port and it catches the schedule /vessel,Send export container delivery documents and report to customer,Make sure delivery time complies with agreed delivery time with client,Record and report trucks arrival departure delay and detention with core,Get trucks detention charge confirmation from client and advice to finance team,Report any operation difficulties to superior timely Compliance or adhere with internal regulatory rules, regulations, policies & procedures,Cooperate with other internal departments as required, Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the operation manager,Discharge all assignment given & instructed to do by his/her superior ,Perform other related duties as requiredSalary:As per company scale Additional benefits Limited health coverage Terms of employment: Permanent Working Hour: Full time Demanded position: 2
