[Addis Fortune] The 'No war-No peace' situation between Ethiopia and Eritrea - pursued as the most preferred survival option by the regime in Asmara - is not tenable anymore. While Ethiopia has all along been consistent in its principled approach towards resolving outstanding issues with Eritrea, the latter's continued rejection of dialogue, as well as its misguided policy of destabilisation over the last 17 years, have meant no positive progress has been possible.
