Main Role:-The main role of candidate will be operation and maintenance of electrical / electronic equipments required for smooth and trouble free operations of the factory. The main purpose of the r Electrical engineer will be to supervise the quality of the electrical works and ensure that it is done based on the set designs.  Lead the team of junior engineers and electricians, training to subordinates. operation and maintenance of all electrical equipments, DG sets, automation equipments such as PLC/ SCADA, spare management ,  computation of power consumption in various parts of factory, Energy conservation. Major Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the team of electricians, training to them to ensure correct operations and maintenance, safety aspects etc.  They should also attend the duty in shift and  handle the shift operations. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical & electronic equipments /PLC’s/ power distribution system, DG sets etc. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Maintaining the equipment’s history, power consumption records, Diesel consumptions etc Providing emergency services during equipment breakdowns. Preparation and submission of reports to  factory managers, HOD –electrical in corporate office. Coordinate with production team for equipment shutdown maintenance. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous Design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications, of electrical systems, and topological maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and job requirements. Investigate compliance on the job, determine nature and extents of problem, and recommend remedial measures. Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines. Assist his/her supervisor in developing budgets, estimate labor, material and construction costs. Compile data and produce report regarding existing and potential engineering study and projects. Prepare BOQ and project executions. Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipments, facilities, products and systems for industrial purpose. Operate computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform various engineering tasks. Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, installation standards and specifications. Inspect completed installation and observe operations to ensure conformance to design, and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. Does other different related tasks of the project as required by the company.
